1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Increo's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Increo provides a revenue platform for merchants that includes flexible payment plans, cross-sell tools, lead capture, and automated communications. Increo is not a lending or credit product. All payments flow directly to the merchant.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for setting their own store policies, including refund terms, cancellation windows, and completion incentives. Merchants must ensure their use of Increo complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

4. Customer Plans

Saving plans are agreements between the merchant and their customer. Increo facilitates the plan but is not a party to the underlying purchase agreement. Plan terms, refunds, and disputes are governed by the merchant's store policies.

5. Fees

Increo charges a transaction fee on completed payments as outlined in your merchant agreement. There are no setup fees or monthly subscriptions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Increo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
